School Culture & Climate
I investigated my school's culture and climate by administering a survey to both teachers and families. The goal was to analyze ways to get families involved and explore ways to support teachers.
Budgeting
"The greatest injustice, is funding public schools equally." (Danny Casterison) During my budget course, I was able to conduct interviews, plan programs and strategize with our buildings principal.
Site Based UOL Activities
During my practicum year, I was fortunate enough to serve as the lead math interventionist for grades 3-6. As we analyzed the ILearn math data, we learned that our building exceeded math goals.
