Da'Meisha Fleming

In 2022, I was awarded Indianapolis Public Schools Teacher of the Year. I have a heart for students and families that extends beyond the classroom. You will always hear me advocating for parent and community relationships. In addition to being the Teacher of the Year, I was awarded WISH-TV 8 Golden Apple Award winner and Golden Apple Award Finalist.

Building relationships with students, staff, and families is at the heart of my work. While teaching is my passion, I am excited to serve as an administrator bridging my love for students, teachers, and families.

This portfolio will showcase my core beliefs and values as an aspiring administrator and leader.
